Brigadier Fiaz Hussain Shah (Retired) joined Pakistan Army in 1980 and retired in 2017. He is a Civil Engineer. He has done his MS in Strategic Studies from NDU and Disaster Management from NUST. His PhD from NUST is in Peace and Conflict Studies. He is the founding Chairman of Integrated Resilience Network. (IRN), an organization designed to build capacities for effectively responding to impending future challenges. For his meritorious military services, the President of Pakistan has awarded him with the medal of Sitara-e-Imtiaz.
Field of Interests
His research work at MS and doctoral levels is on climate change. He provides purpose inspired and vision led frameworks to the institutions as consultant. He also provides values centric guidance to the individuals as life coach. He pursues the vision of seeing Pakistan becoming a resilient country.
