Dr. (Er.) Kiran Jalem is a Disaster Management Professional having 21 plus years of experience, which includes Industrial, Scientific, Research, Engineering, Teaching & Training etc. As an Assistant Professor with Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration (SKIPA), Ranchi, Govt. of Jharkhand under the Non Plan Scheme of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, he had conducted several Training Programs on Disaster Management at SKIPA, Ranchi in collaboration with NIDM, NDMA, MHA, Govt. of India and Govt. of Jharkhand. Also, worked abroad for a year in Gulf, Middle East, Dubai, UAE in Oil Sector.
