(New York University) Professional qualifications : Former Associate Judge, Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, Thailand (1997-2001); ASEAN Coordinator for Emergency Safeguards Measures (Working Party on ESM, WTO, Geneva); Chairman, WTO Committee on Safeguards, Geneva, April 2003 – October 2004; Chairman, Working Group on Remote Sensing 2000 Legislation, Office of the Research Council, Thailand; Chairperson, ReCAAP Information Sharing Centre Governing Council (2009-2011, 2013-2015 and 2015-2018) (ReCAAP is an inter-governmental organization, based in Singapore.); Thailand Governor, ReCAAP Information Sharing Centre (2007-2018)
