Brief Biography

After completing my MSC degree from Jahangir-Nagor University, Dhaka Bangladesh. I have dedicated my passion and energy in the field of Disability inclusive Development, through promoting “Diversity and Inclusion” in the region.

I am committed to contribute for a just, resilient and sustainable society for all in the Asia and Pacific. My skills and areas of expertise include Strengthening Inclusive Local Governance & Rural Development, social accountability tools, Human Rights & Marginalization, Inclusion & Diversity, Capacity building of grassroots community-based organizations, Gender, Sustainable Development Goals, project management, training and education, advocacy, networking and partnership in Asia and the Pacific region.

Field of Interests

I have 19 year of work experience in the field of Disability inclusive Development, My thoughts and actions towards diversity and inclusion efforts is documented as one of the best cases in the research project ‘Holding the Mirror up to Ourselves – Diversity and Inclusion practices and Trends in Civil Society Organizations “of CIVICUS 2020.
