Formerly Assistant Professor of Vidyasagar College and Amity University, Kolkata ICSSR Doctoral Fellow (PhD in geography from University of Calcutta) Common wealth scholar, UK and completed PG Diploma in Sustainable Development, Staffordshire University, UK

She has publications in several renowned (Scopus indexed, Wos indexed) journals, chapters in books, served as the Convenor (51stRegional Science Association Conference,2020) ,Cochairperson and Technical committee member of several International Seminars. She has served as a reviewer in a wide range of international research journals.
