Mr. Mahadhe is a Bangladeshi, doing PhD research on rural planning from Department of Urban and Regional Planning (BUET), Bachelor and Masters of Urban and Regional Planning, DURP, JU, Commonwealth MBA (Canada) , Bachelor of Law (NUB) , PGD Development Planning (NAPD), PGC Policy Analysis Course (BIGM), Life Member – Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) , Bangladesh Regional Science Association (BRSA), Member Regional Science International (RSI) Township Development Specialist (JICA) Project by LGED & NKB 16 Years experience on Township, Environment, Strategic policy and Socio economic research field.

My research interests in the fields of rural physical planning included rural housing, rural road network planning, rural market . I also have expertise in the township, environment, strategic policy and socio economic research. I have sixteen years’ research experience in housing , local governance , health awareness, socioeconomic research.

Current Research Projects

-The PGDDP program provided the opportunity of doing thesis for the post graduate diploma students. I have done thesis on the following topic in “The role of Planner in different sector in Bangladesh under Course director (NAPD).

-The BURP program provided the opportunity of doing thesis for the under graduate students. I have done thesis on the following topic in “Health Awareness of Rural People: a Case Study on Ratnopur Village in Barisal District” – Under Prof. Planner Mrs. Kashpia Nahrin, Jahangirnagar University (JU)

-The MURP program provided the opportunity of doing thesis for the graduate students. I have carried on thesis on the following topic in “Evaluation the Functioning of Union Parishad Development Plan”: a Case Study on Ratnopour Union in Barisal District” – Under. Prof. Planner Adil Mohammad Khan, Jahangirnagar University (JU)

-The PhD program provided the opportunity of doing thesis for the Post graduate students. I have carried on thesis on the following topic in “Planning and Governance of Rural Land Consolidation in Bangladesh” – Under Prof. Planner Md.
